User Agreement Framework

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 14, 2026 • Document Reference: TOS-v3.1

Acceptance of Operational Terms

By accessing, registering, or interacting with our platform node and dashboard infrastructure, you confirm your binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you are acting on behalf of an enterprise or institution, you warrant that you hold authorized legal capacity to bind that entity to these protocols.

Account Security & Provisioning

Users are completely accountable for protecting their active authentication paths, dashboard sessions, and platform runtime tokens:

  • Credential Safeguards: You must maintain strict confidentiality of your encrypted passwords and multi-factor session access nodes.
  • Activity Liability: Any operation, configuration change, or transactional command initiated under your account profile is recognized as your direct corporate action.
  • System Abuse Protection: You must instantly report any detected database leak, account breach, or unauthorized telemetry extraction vector to system engineering.

Acceptable Platform Usage Boundaries

Our platform architecture is built for isolated tenant use. You explicitly agree not to engage in malicious engineering or traffic manipulations against the live infrastructure:

  • Prohibited Exploits: Reverse-engineering application endpoints, fuzzing network layers, running unthrottled brute-force arrays, or creating automated scraping bots.
  • Resource Flooding: Generating asymmetric transaction loops or traffic vectors designed to degrade platform metrics or trigger systematic denial-of-service states.

Platform Architecture Availability

Our infrastructure enforces highly stable runtime targets, but is deployed with standard structural safeguards:

Service Limitation Notice: Platform services, database tracking channels, and dashboard operations are provisioned on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. System engineering reserves the absolute operational mandate to restrict specific routes or initiate infrastructure maintenance blocks without previous notification.
